Terms and Conditions

1. Identification of the Parties

1.1. Platform Owner

OLISTIK.LIFE is a platform managed by COMITANTE SL, with registered office at Alzina 11, 07014 Palma, NIF/CIF B56283260.

1.2. Platform Users

Two types of users are identified:

1. a) Wellness Explorers (clients) – People who purchase products or services through the platform.
2. b) Knowledge Guardians (suppliers) – Professionals or companies that offer products and/or services on Olistik.life.

2. Object of the Contract

2.1. Olistik.life acts as an intermediary between Wellness Explorers and Knowledge Keepers, providing a platform that facilitates the purchase and sale of holistic products and services.

2.2. Olistik.life is not the direct seller of the products or services offered by Knowledge Keepers, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.3. Olistik.life retains a 21% commission on each transaction made on the platform, which is automatically deducted before transferring the corresponding balance to the Knowledge Guardian.

3. Conditions of Use of the Platform

3.1. User Registration

•   Olistik.life se reserva el derecho de suspender o cancelar cualquier cuenta en caso de actividad fraudulenta o incumplimiento de los presentes términos.

3.2. Veracidad y Responsabilidad de la Información

• In order to buy or sell on Olistik.life, it is mandatory to register and provide truthful and updated information.
  
• Olistik.life reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account in case of fraudulent activity or breach of these terms.

3.3. Truthfulness and Re

•  All contents of Olistik.life (texts, images, logos, designs, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
  
• The Knowledge Guardians guarantee that they have rights over the products and services they offer, and exempt Olistik.life from any claim for infringement of third party rights.

4. Purchase and Payment Process

4.1. Purchase of Products and Services

• The user can purchase products and services offered on the platform by following the purchase process.
  
• By completing the purchase, the user accepts the specific conditions of the product or service purchased.

4.2. Payments and Commission Retention

•   Olistik.life processes payments and automatically retains the 21% commission before transferring the remaining balance to the Knowledge Guardian.
• Payments are made in EUR. If the provider is located outside the Eurozone they receive payment in their local currency with automatic conversion.

5. Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

5.1. Responsibility of the Knowledge Keeper

•  In the event of a return or refund, the management and responsibility lies solely with the Knowledge Keeper.
  
• Olistik.life does not refund its commission under any circumstances, unless the cancellation is due to a technical error of the platform.

5.2.  Refund Deadlines

• Refund terms and conditions will vary according to the type of product or service and the policies of each Knowledge Guardian.
• For digital products or services already provided, no refunds will be accepted, subject to legal exceptions.

6. Obligations and Responsibilities of the Parties

6.1. Olistik.life

• Facilitate an operational and secure platform for the purchase and sale of products and services.
• To guarantee the correct management of payments and transfers.
• Not to assume any responsibility for the quality, delivery or fulfilment of the services offered by Knowledge Guardians.

6.2. Knowledge Guardians

• Comply with all applicable legal and fiscal regulations in their country.
• Provide quality products and services as described in their publications.
• Issue valid invoices in accordance with the legislation of your country.

6.3. Wellness Explorers

• Use the platform honestly and respectfully.
• Understand that Olistik.life is only an intermediary and that any complaints should be addressed directly to the Knowledge Guardian.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Exclusion of Warranties

Olistik.life does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform and is not liable for technical failures or failures of third parties.

7.2. Indemnification

Users agree to exempt Olistik.life from any claims arising from:

• Contractual breaches between Guardians and Explorers.
• Problems with international payments and currency conversions.
• Non-compliance with tax regulations by suppliers.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

8.2. Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute will preferably be resolved amicably.
• If no agreement is reached, the parties agree to submit to the Courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

9. Modifications of the Terms and Conditions

Olistik.life reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users at least 15 days in advance.
